About Sean Dixon Associates

The Company was recently founded in 2006 by Sean Dixon, following a decade of working within the security industry for a variety of different organisations and private individuals.

Sean Dixon started his career as a Royal Marine in 1982 and then moved on to broaden and develop his skills by working as a Physical Training/Self-Defence and Close Protection Instructor, as a civilian within the Training Department of the Police service. This experience led to a desire to specialise as a Close Protection Operative and to further develop skills as a Media Security Advisor.

The expertise which Sean Dixon Associates now offers has been accumulated over twenty years and is taken from a military, police and commercial background thus offering new clients a wealth of experience to draw upon. As the very nature of the business prevents us from naming our clients, they do include:

• Media organisations

Sean Dixon Associates is complemented by a team of highly trained security specialists – both men and women, all with a military/police background and particular strengths and expertise across the range of services offered.

ALL Operatives hold a full SIA Licence and are individually selected to meet the specific task requirements. Sean Dixon Associates will work with the client both nationally and internationally, as required, and are familiar with many differing cultures and hostile environments.

As a relatively small company, operating in a highly competitive environment, Sean Dixon Associates has an immediate advantage in that we are able to offer a much more flexible, timely and cost efficient service than many of our competitors. We are able to work in a covert or overt manner on a one to one basis with an individual client or ‘principal’ as well as offering a team of highly trained specialists working around the clock to safeguard and protect a number of individuals and their families.
